High School Research Academy (HSRA)
The High School Research Academy (HSRA) non-residential summer program offers high school students the chance to experience research and mentorship opportunities on the UT campus.
High School Research Initiative
The High School Research Initiative (HRI) is a scientific inquiry center that provides dual-enrollment research courses, trains teachers to successfully lead research/inquiry experiences, as well as provides supportive resources to introduce and lead scientific inquiry experiences in a high school environment.
Shadow A Scientist
This summer program pairs middle school students with a scientist at the University of Texas for a tour of the scientist’s lab and experiments in progress. The goal of the program is to provide the opportunity for young students to cultivate their interest in science and allow them to experience first-hand what a scientist does on a daily basis.
